The first options should be "Video Output Settings". Select it and then select "HDMI" as the video output. You can choose to automatically detect video output resolutions or manually select them. Since your TV is probably limited to p, I suggest you go for the manual settings select "Custom" and select p don't select i or p if your TV doesn't support it.

You've done all that I would suggest, only other thing is try with a new HDMI lead if you haven't already? Sounds to me like you might need to reset the video output, it happened to me.
