Once you have done that, unleash your inner beast and start wrecking havoc on everything. Afterwards, a door will open, so go through it and keep going until you find yourself in a room with some dangling wires. Head right and into the electricity room. You should be able to activate a switch here which will blow open a secret room with a lot of new goodies for you to use. Afterwards, you'll be able to find a way to climb up on top of some lockers.

Keep going and you'll meet the next fiendish creature in the game, the Marksmen. Unlike other monsters, when the Marksmen show their back to you, it's a bad thing. Keep circle strafing and shooting at them, and they'll eventually go down. After killing off the Marksmen, head into the woodshop room and then into the next room. Fight off the Slayers and Marksmen here and then enter the hole in the wall to pick up some items.

You'll also find a lever here. Use it to open up a secret passage. Go up the stairs to find the Tommy Gun and a ladder to the end of the level.

Short chapter here. Begin by going into the operation room, and look at the monitor. You'll see Killjoy again. Wait until the "film" is over, then you can escape the room. Head to the exit and you'll meet a fellow inmate. Follow him around, taking down all of the bad guys in the process. Exit through the hole in the fence and be prepared to fight a pack of Slayers and Marksmen.

Once they are taken care of, climb the ladder to jump over the fence and exit the level by entering the building. Head into the little break room and grab all items you find here, then head out the opposite door. Continue heading down until you reach a prison cell, and get ready to fight another new enemy, called the Mainliner.

There are several in this area, so make sure you fight all of them off before progressing. Go into the control room to open the doors and continue to the shower room. This area is going to be a real trial by fire, as you'll have to fight no less than a dozen Mainliners, one after another.

If you feel like being a prick, leave your fellow inmate to fend for himself while you head for the control room. You'll see it's blocked by fire, but that's no problem. Shoot the fire extinguisher to put it out, and continue on your way.

The rest of the building is pretty linear, so just keep going straight. Eventually you'll run into some Slayers, so take care of them and then head outside. You'll be outdoors, and there will be some Slayers and Mainliners to take care of. Take care of them and then exit through the ripped gate opening to your right.
