I run Vista and there is no icon anywhere for Flash. I just reinstalled it, still no Icon, dashboard for Flash. Spent an hour on it already. My videos stall at about 30 seconds, or anywhere after that. You might want to ask this question in Windows forums or Adobe Flash forums — maybe there is someone else who has had the same problem.

Click More tools. Clear browsing data. At the top, choose a time range.
To delete everything, select All time. Click Clear data. Find the Adobe Flash Player plugin. Click disable.
